Would someone please be kind enough to advise me of a good mechanical Lubricator that could be placed on the running boards ( left side looking forward ) of my Hunslet when finished to lubricate the cylinders of my engine

You can purchase the innards from one of our suppliers and fit them to a tank of your own choosing.

Some folks might suggest a hydrostatic lubricator but it's very much personal choice.

The ones made by station road steam are very good. They are much more robust than the ones available from the normal suppliers, and we'll worth the money IMHO.

I agree with Peter, but note that the non return valve (ball and spring) fitted to the Station Road Steam lubricator is prone to failure in my experience and an extra in-line non return valve should be added to prevent steam forcing its way back into the lubricator causing the system to fail.
