Can anyone tell me the thread size of the Safety Valves usually fitted to the boiler of a Milner Hunslett

Whilst not yet finished I have two 1/2 BSP valves fitted to mine, it's a copper boiler to the approved design. Hope this helps

My engine has two 1/2 BSP "pop" valves fitted. I made them out of gunmetal using the largest Gordon Smith design. I believe Frank Rogers can sell you the design and springs (01943-862873). If not, Polly do them as well.

I have Just made two 1/2 bsp safety from the Milner drawing, they appear.to be the same for steel or copper boilers.
