Very nice, daktari.  Here's a photo of my future coach, pressed into service hauling firewood this winter.  The seats are removable, so after I get the 'body' on the coach I can still use it for goods work as required.

This is exactly what minimum gauge railways are about. You can build a lathe with a lathe, and the railway with the railway. Great Stuff!
