It is with great sadness that I have to announce the passing of Brian Biggs. Brian will be known to many who are into 7 1/4" gauge, in particular, for his sarcastic humour. He built locos for everyone to enjoy more than often than not telling anyone and everyone to have a go. 'Tango' and the 'Blue Pullman' are fitting tributes to a great model engineer.

Martyn this is very sad news,he was so full of life, we will never forget his visit with "Tango" with yourself to our track earlier in the year and as you say he encouraged everyone and was happy to let us drive his locos. Please pass on our condolences from all at SMET
