Another STOLEN LOCO

POLICE are appealing for help from the public following the theft of a large custom-built model steam locomotive from an industrial estate near Newton Abbot.

The raid happened overnight between last friday and Saturday when thieves broke into a unit on the Heathfield Industrial Estate.

The loco is a seven and a quarter-inch gauge "Dart Type" 0 4 2 tank in GWR livery and bears the running number 5800. It is coal fired and weighs in the region of 200 kilogrammes.
